Bored of Studies is a good resource to see what notes are available for your modules from other schools and students. You can always summarise the notes but be careful! These notes should NOT be taken at face value - they could have mistakes or not be entirely correct.
Make a list of all the past paper questions for your topics/modules and rehearse them. Write practise essays often - you'll notice trends in the questions that will help you thoroughly prepare for the HSC.
It may be an idea to get into a habit of studying in a local library - that way there will be no TV or fridge to distract you.
Get your family involved. Write a series of questions for yourself to answer and have your family ask the questions of you. You could even ask them if they'd listen to you teach them the main concerns of a unit/module. If they can't understand the central concepts then it seems you haven't either.
